The Ai Doctor is a biometric health scanner that shows body composition analysis. Body composition is the initial scoring of the assessment and reveals how the physical body is functioning. The body composition will come with a score that adds up each subsection on how well the body functions. For example, the body is rated from 0 to 100; 0 to 40 is poor, 40 to 80 is moderate, 80 to 90 is good, and 90 to 100 is excellent. Body mass is shown as a percentage, indicating how much of the total body is fat. Body fat mass health is calculated based on age. For women aged 20 to 39, body fat should range from 21% to 32%, and for men, 8% to 19%. For women aged 40 to 59, body fat should range from 22% to 33%, and for men, 9% to 21%. For women aged 60+, body fat should be 23% to 35%, and for men, 13% to 24%. Fat-free mass is everything else in the body, including the organs, tissues, water, etc. These two percentages are added together to make up the entire body fat. Body fat mass and fat-free mass are key indicators of the physical health of an individual. Healthy body composition will consist of less fat and more lean muscle.
